malls, multiplex cinema's, star hotels, Industrial parks and commercials with
a gross built up area of 2.3 million sq.ft
- All the projects have
been awarded.
- Total cost of land is Rs. 2750 Million (paid over
a period of 20 years)
- All the projects are offered on a BOT (Build,
Operate and Transfer basis)
- Project start date: April 2007
- Expected
completion date: June 2010
- 50:50 joint venture agreement with
Unity Infrastructure
- BSEL share of land and project cost equals
